This reading makes me think of the other stories that i have been reading. This story is a different way of how man and women were created. One thing i did not understand in this story was who were the mirage people and what were they exactly. Another thing i did not understand was what a buckskin was. I was most confused and interested when the man and the women were created from the blowing of the wind. This reading changed my thoughts about how man could have possibly been created. I think the message in this passage was to cherish our lives and enjoy the flow of the wind in and out of your mouth well it lasts because it may not blow forever on the land we call earth. What i was confused by in this story was the way they use the corn? that is what got me very lost for the most part. Overall was not my favorite out of the many i have read so far.
